Dear BAYDA family, We are thrilled to share an incredible update with you all! Thanks to the generosity of our amazing supporters, BAYDA successfully raised and donated $10,000 to the “Standing in the Gap” Scholarship Fund at this year’s Alumni Weekend! To God be the glory!! With these funds, we are standing tall beside the students of Oakwood University who face financial hurdles that sometimes threaten to derail their dreams of completing their degrees. Your contributions are lifelines helping them cross the finish line and to overcome obstacles to achieving their academic aspirations. The funds were presented at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, AL by our BAYDA President, Dr. Paula Olivier, and Dr. Vandeon Griffin, former BAYDA President who currently serves as the Associate Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries for the North American Division.

Let’s continue to stand united, shoulder to shoulder, in our mission to uplift, empower, and inspire. Together, by God’s grace, we can make a world of difference. Enjoy a few pics from the presentation as well as the Dynamic Praise Saturday evening concert.
