Churches from Allegheny West Conference came together for the Alive in Jesus Sabbath School training on September 6-7, 2024, hosted by the Allegheny West Conference Children’s Ministries. With workshops in both Spanish and English, attendees explored the new curriculum’s core pillars: grace, character development, and mission. The Alive in Jesus curriculum promises to transform faith development with a focus on inclusivity and special strategies for all abilities. Children’s Ministries director Tanya Muganda emphasized, ‘Children’s Ministries is all about being an inclusive ministry, welcoming all children, and that is what the new curriculum is all about.’
