What better way to honor someone than by launching a book about his legacy? That’s exactly what happened last week at the Charles E. Dudley, Sr. Center. Dr. Woodson organized an event and book signing for his new book, The Spiritual Leadership Development of Eric C. Ward. For the occasion, family, friends, and leaders gathered in the Frank L. Jones Boardroom.

The panel, composed of Pastor Ward’s daughters and church leaders, shared heartfelt reflections on his impact. Among the presenters were Ms. Carolyn Ward, Dr. Della Ward, Dr. Carlton Byrd, Dr. Delbert Baker, Elder Dana Edmond, Dr. Marc Woodson, and Elder David Person. The presence of Dr. Calvin Rock made the event even more special—his words added a powerful sense of history and perspective to the occasion.
