NAACP Scholarships

by Priscila Pancorbo

Each year, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) offers need-based and merit scholarships to outstanding and qualified Black students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees through its Inspire Initiatives program. Through the generosity of its donors, the NAACP advances efforts to ensure equity in educational opportunities that prepare students for success in school, work, and life.

NAACP scholarships vary in award amount, academic interests, and age eligibility. Whether an applicant is a graduating high school senior or in the early stages of their professional career, the NAACP is proud to provide financial support and recognition to assist with collegiate and post-educational endeavors. Applicants are encouraged to review individual scholarship eligibility requirements and deadlines carefully.
