This year, at our Pastoral Evangelism Leadership Council, we established a new tradition: a special dinner to honor our pastors and their families, with the purpose of recognizing some of the leaders who have significantly contributed to the Hispanic work in our regional conferences. Among them, we have the honor of recognizing this year:

• Dr. Jesse Wilson

• Roger Bernard

• Roger Hernández

• Héctor Ramos

• Efraín Poloche

• José Cortés Jr.

Unfortunately, the last three were unable to join us but send their love and support. We are confident that we will have the opportunity to recognize them at a future occasion.

Additionally, this year we had the privilege of honoring one pastor from each regional conference for their outstanding work in evangelism during 2024:

In a special way, we want to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Minner Labrador, NAD Vice President for Multicultural Ministries, for his unwavering support, both in prayer and through financial contributions, which have been fundamental to the success of this council.

We also extend our thanks to the Southern Union, represented by Pastor Roger Hernández and Pastor Julio Chazarreta, as well as Pastor Oswaldo Rigacci from the Southeastern Union and Dr. José Cortés Jr. from our Division’s Ministerial Department, and Roberto Correa, all of whom have made valuable contributions to our council over the years, including financial support.

This memorable event concluded with remarks from Elder Dana C. Edmond, Executive Director of ORCM, who highlighted the importance of unity and commitment in advancing the mission of our church.

We praise God for His help and for allowing us to hold this event.
