Margaret Neckles, Ph.D. serves as Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of the Office for Regional Conference Ministries, providing financial leadership and stewardship in support of ORCM’s mission and operations.
With more than 20 years of financial experience spanning both the corporate sector and the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Neckles previously served as Associate Treasurer of the Northeastern Conference. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA in Financial Management, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
Her professional expertise is grounded in a deep commitment to Christian service. She brings to her work a desire to serve faithfully, strengthen the ministry of the Church, and honor God through excellence and responsible stewardship.
