Roger A. Bernard serves as Executive Director of the Office for Regional Conference Ministries, providing leadership and support to the Regional Conference ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church across North America.
Over more than three decades of ministry, Bernard has served as a pastor, Associate Youth Director, Adult Ministries Director, Assistant to the President, Vice President for Administration, and Conference President. That breadth of experience—from the local church to conference executive leadership—has shaped his commitment to strengthening Regional Conferences, supporting their leaders and institutions, and advancing their mission.
As Executive Director, Bernard leads ORCM in its work to support, connect, and resource Regional Conferences while helping position Regional ministry to meet the opportunities and challenges of a changing church and society.
