The week previous to Alumni Weekend at Oakwood University is always full of activities, and the Charles E. Dudley Sr. Center located on campus is no different. The week started off with the Southern Union Communication Advisory at the Frank L. Jones Boardroom. From Sunday through Wednesday, about 30 communicators from different states came together to share perspectives and continue growing in their ministry. This group of communicators also toured the building, guided by ORCM Executive Director Elder Dana C. Edmond, who shared with them the history and significance of the Regional Conferences.
Oakwood University also chose our facilities as the location for their board meeting on Monday. And this coming weekend, our office will be hosting an Open House with guided tours through our building on Friday, April 18, and Sunday, April 20, from 10 am to 2 pm.
Whether you are a local or you are visiting from another state, come and visit us. Charles E. Dudley Sr. Center is home for the Office for Regional Conference Ministries, the Regional Conference Retirement Plan, and Breath of Life Ministries. You cannot miss this opportunity to visit the Adventist Regional History Museum and our cultural center, which celebrates diversity and heritage.
